Thank you for using the Hollow Cube platform and the products, services, and features made available to you as part of the platform (collectively, the “Service”). The entity providing the Service is Hollow Cube LLC, a company operating under the laws of Massachusetts (referred to as “Hollow Cube”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not or cannot agree to these Terms, you may not access the Service. By accessing the Service, you certify that you meet the minimum age for your country, and meet any other eligibility requirements of the Service. If you are found to be under the minimum age, your account may be terminated.

Who May Use the Service?

Age Requirements You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on our store.

Parental Guidance Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor and supervise their children’s use of the Service and ensure compliance with these Terms.

Your Use of the Service

Content on the Service The content on the Service includes graphics, visuals, interactive features/gameplay and other materials provided to you by the Company (collectively, “Content”). Content on the Service is the responsibility of the person or entity that provides it to the Service. The Company is under no obligation to host or serve Content. If you see any Content you believe does not comply with these Terms or the law, you can report it to us.

Reservation Using the Service does not give you ownership of or rights to any aspect of the Service, including any Content made available by others or the Company.

Your Information Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat Your personal data when using the Service.

Server Rules You must adhere to specific rules and guidelines for gameplay on the Hollow Cube Minecraft server, as detailed on the Rules page.

Pricing and Refund Policy The Company offers one-time and recurring purchases for in-game, virtual goods. The Company reserves the right to change the prices or values of these goods at any time without prior notice. All purchases of in-game items and other virtual goods are final and nonrefundable. You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

Charge-Backs and Payment Disputes Any charge-backs or payment disputes against the Company may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Media Creation You are permitted to create and livestream media related to the Service, provided that all content complies with these Terms, including the Rules, and all applicable laws.

Your Content and Conduct

Creating Content You may create or otherwise upload Content to the Service. If you choose to submit Content, you must not submit to the Service any Content that does not comply with these Terms or the law. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service.

Licenses Granted You retain ownership rights to the Content you upload to the Service. By providing Content to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free sublicense and transferable license to use that Content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform it) in connection with the Service and the Company, including for promotion.

You also grant each other user of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access your Content through the Service, as enabled by a feature of the Service. This license does not grant any rights or permissions for a user to make use of your Content independent of the Service.

Duration of License The licenses granted by you continue for a commercially reasonable period of time after you remove your Content from the Service.

Removing Your Content You may remove your Content from the Service at any time. You must remove your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms. The Company may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, copies of your Content that have been removed.

Removal of Content by Hollow Cube We reserve the right to remove or take down any Content from the Service at our discretion. We will not necessarily notify you with the reason.

Account Suspension and Termination

Terminations by You You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, please contact us at [email protected] or visit this page on our website: hollowcube.net/contact.

Terminations and Suspensions by Hollow Cube We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or any other misconduct at our discretion.

Appeal Process Users may appeal a suspension or termination by contacting our support staff through the Discord server.

Acknowledgement of Minecraft Content and Materials Minecraft content and materials are trademarks and copyrights of Mojang AB or its licensors. All Rights Reserved. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang AB.

Third Party Links The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, such websites and online services. Be aware when you leave the Service; we suggest you read the terms and privacy policy of each third-party website and online service that you visit.

Liability Limitation You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, from and against all the liabilities, claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach or alleged breach of these Terms, and/or your breach or alleged violation of the patent, copyright, trademark, proprietary or other rights of third-parties.

Governing Law These terms and your use of the Service is governed by Massachusetts law. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Sussex County, Massachusetts, USA.

Changing this Agreement We may change this agreement at any time and for any reason. If we materially change this Agreement, we will provide the opportunity to review the changes, except (1) when we launch a new feature, or (2) in urgent situations. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should remove any Content and stop using the Service.
